This is a TRUE First Edition/First Printing of a Stephen King story that everyone loves. Book comes in a Brodart book jacket cover. Absolutely wonderful very rare copy (only 10,000 printed in ). Extremely hard to find!! Do not be taken in by other auctions or sales that say they have a first edition of this book (most are not). Do a little research there are very few of these books for sale.
The two defining differences between a true first edition are:
1) On the inside front cover there are two prices; one for the "trade" edition and the other for a "limited" edition. The limited edition is signed by either the author or the author and the artist. This is the trade edition. A second edition will not have both prices.
2) The other defining factor is on the inside cover the artwork on a first edition is in color. As you can see from the pictures that art is in color.
